Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

If i have a cell phone that is under my dad's name, is he allowed to take my money that i earned from my jobs, and use it to shut off my cell phone? I am 16, almost 17, can he do that? or can i get someone to stop him...? I dont have very long before he does it, and i need my money to pay for when i move out this summer.

You are a child. The phone is in his name. You want to move out and you can't even afford your own phone? I would rethink that. You should finish high school. Try to get a job after that. You have no right to leave while you are a child.
