do I have a chance?
My job was out-sourced,I am 60 yrs old.I was 5 months short of completing 10 yrs. So I lost Life ins. med ins, I just wondered if this was worth fighting?

No way to say if you "have a chance" without more information. Did the employer do or say anything to make you think your age played a role in your termination? Were you replaced by someone younger than yourself? You may want to discuss your situation in more detail with an attorney.
