Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Weight discrimination

worked in a hotel.was told how much the owners didn't like methe owner told my co-workers I needed to run up and down the stairs to take off some of my excess weight and if I was to get rid of this weight maybe I could breathe better and if I got rid of some weight I wouldn't sweat so much.

my co-workers told repair men I was pregnant thats why I was so heavy.yet another co-worker told me if she lost anymore weight that she would disappear.

I was offered a positon by the new in coming general manager and I accepted it was planing the shift change to 3-11 when I was told I couldn't have that shift the owners would rather hire from outside the company for it.

The incoming general manager told my co-worker that HE looks at my nipples all the time. I am having trouble finding a lawyer to help me with this and because the hotels in my town are all own by the owners relatives I am unable to get another job and unemployment tells me I cannot collect because I quit.

if you could help me find a lawyer to handle this I would be very greatful
