Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

workplace harrass,emt

I have a manager who has called me a ''fucking bitch'' several times in front of other employess along with ''a cunt'' and also told me how pathetic i was then asked me how pathetic i as and demanded an answer. i am curious as to what i can do about this. Also if it is against the law. I wouold love to go into better detail however i know this has to be short. Please help.

You can call or e-mail me and I can talk with you further about it. It may not now be enought to be harassment but you should report it to Human Resources or possibly the EEOC, etc.
