Re: dui suspicion

Hello there,

DWI are very serious accusations that must be taken seriously. Even if you have the best case scenario you need a good DWI defense lawyer to help you through the case. Not a criminal lawyer but someone that specializes in DWI defense.

I would recommend you look for a lawyer that is a member of the National College for DUI Defense.

Sincerely,

Erick Platten

He should pay for a good defense, whether he wants to or not.

Interesting quandry. Your son does not want to hire a experienced skilled attorney yet he wants advice from a experienced skilled attorney. Novel concept. Proving someone was "drunk" is not required in a DUI, simply impaired by alcohol is sufficient to find for a conviction. A breath test refusal can also be used to show guilt. Do yourself a favor and tell your son to come off his wallet and hire a good lawyer.
