Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

Housing requirement

I am traveling to a soccer tournament in Florida in January 2008, at the Disney Wide World of Sports center. I live in WI. I am being told by the soccer tournament organizer that I MUST book my travel for this tournament through a pre-chosen travel agent, or I will not be able to enter the tournament. Is that legal?

If this is a private organization, then they have the right to require participants use qualifying providers, just like you have to buy the drinks at the stadium allows merchants to sell at the stadium. You can certainly complain if the resulting cost is unreasonable.
