interlock divise

my husband got arrested for dui has to have interlock put on the car he was stopped in. the automobile is mine. he does not own a vehicle. can they make me put one on my car. he hasn't even got a license anymore

No they can't force you to put the interlock, but failure to do so may adversely affect the disposition of his case. For example, he may have to pay additional fines or lose his license for a longer period of time.
