Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a 4 year old daughter. The mother and myself are not together, and were never married. Up until recently we had worked out everything outside of court. Due to changing circumstances that is no longer the case. I want to establish child supoort payments through the court and also seek shared custody. How would I get the process started?

You have to file a suit seeking establishment of paternity and parental rights. Cheapest and quickest is to retain an experienced Family Law attorney.
