my 16 year old son wants to stay living with me. Hisfather has filed for custody...I am not unfit in any way at all. can dad win custody?

If what you say is true, then no. YOu might know that when children get to be that old, you need to let them testify. I suggest you get permission from the court for that to happen at this custody hearing. The form is on the web page for the family court in the county which you are in . Just go to the Clerk of Court page, click on the Family Court and the page should come up with instructions as well.
