Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

im 17 years old from Tampa Florida. My mom is in a detention center after being pulled over for a dui l and no license. my dad was granted custody of me and my brother and i had to leave my other siblings at an aunts house. my brother needs psychological attention and he isnt being treated. is there anything i can do to be moved into my aunts custody because me and his wife do not get along and we fight and she basically neglects us
