Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

At what age does child support legally end in Florida? (If it matters, it's a Department of Revenue support case, and there are no other court cases between his mother and I as we were never married).

Can cases through the DOR demand child support payments beyond age 18, and beyond the child's 22nd birthday? Can DOR cases mandate payment for college tuition and such, or is that a case the mother would have to file independently of the Child Support Enforcement Office?

DOR will operate under the statute. Child support stops at 18 UNLESS the child does not graduate until 19 years of age. After 19 the support ceases. The bio parent can ask the court to extend beyond 19 if the child will graduate within that school year - ie turns 19 in March and graduates in May of same school year - then perhaps payment will continue until May. Otherwise it will cease.
