alienation

how do i get to be able to talk with m,y kids,it has been 3 years and my ex rufuses toallow my to speak with them, they live in nj and i am in the fl/ga area, i pay child support myself it does not come out of mycheck. the courts just tear me apart and i can't fight her attorney.

I am assuming that divorce or other order was in NJ. If mother is violating decree allowing visitation and contact, then you could file a motion for contempt in court where order was entered. You could file for modification of visitation in the state where the child resides, but I do not see how you would be able to file anything in your state, unless the original order was entered there.
