I was married in 1994, since that time I have learned that the man I married was already married. but has since divorced the other woman shorty after our marriage. we have stayed together for 8 years. I like to know if we are legally married and what if anything I can charge him with.Do I have any legal rights to property aquired during this time. And how does this affect my childern.Does the state of fla. have any recourse for his actions. we were married in fla.
