Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have two children age 9 and 13 with my ex-girlfriend. Our relationship ended almost 4 yrs ago. I have been paying her 500.00 mo/ cash and have been getting my kids 3 weekends a month. I know I made a big mistake paying cash, but now she is demanding more money and she knows I am unemployed and I am 300.00 behind in payment. She refuses to allow me visatation. I am more than willing to go to court to have visatation and support legally established.

I am trying to find out what Classes florida requires me to take as I would like to have all of this done prior to any court hearing. Can you tell me what the state requirement (FL) is for class required?

Also do you know of any attorneys that have legal help for me for free or reduced cost? I live in Pasco County. Thanks

Samuel Mutch Samuel A. Mutch, P.A.

You need to speak with the family law coordinator (may have a different title in Pasco County) to determine what classes are required.

If you are working you are not going to find a lawyer who will take your case for nothing.

If you want quality legal assistance you will have to pay for it.
