Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

As CP, DOR enforcing child support case. NCP had attorney at prior hearings for contempt. NCP is asking CP directly to bypass court orders and make certain concessions. Who should CP respond to? DOR, the NCP, or the NCP attorney, all 3?.

You need an attorney or risk loosing primary residential parent status.

You need an attorney to respond to DoR and the attorney for the non-custodial parent.
