Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Community properity
My wife & I have been separated for 9 years . She recently won a law suit of appromately 1 million dollors, after lawyer fees clearing somewhere between 700-750 thousand dollars ,because of health care issues involving her father and a nursing home. After winning the suit ,she has decided it is now a good time to get the divorce. My question is any or part of this money considered community properity

could be, but there are other factors to consider...you need to consult a Family Law attorney to handle the divorce.
