Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can a couple file for anullment if they have been married for 4 years. The marriage was never consumated and they do not live together.

Need more info. Usually these are marriages that occur due to immigration - allowing a person to be a citizen. If this is the case, you might want to check with the immigration office/immigration family law attorney.
