Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a court order of visitation with my daughter in Florida. She is just turning 16 and I will be buying her first vehicle. I travel from out of state to see my daughter and my daughter travels here to Michigan. I see her more regularly than many in-state parents do. I planned to come for visitation in two weeks, but I am not able to because of a scheduled interview for a better employment offer. Can my wife legally come and utilize my visitation. I have consistently been able to access every visitation in the court order, so this would be the first time I would be unable to make it.

You can ask for a make up time with you daughter if you are unable to to make that weekend. I suggest you send her a certified letter return receipt explaining that you are unable to visit but will expect a make up weekend - either in the summer or school vacation or two weekends in a row.
If she does not comply with the make up - then take her to court for contempt and atty fees.
The receipt of the letter shows taht you asked for an arrangement of time.
