Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Daughter was recently baker acted. While in the Hospital our son-in law changed the title to her car into his name only. The title had "and" beween both names. Was this legal?

NO. Your daughter would have been presumed to be incompetent and incapcitated at this point. He would need a court order to do so.
