Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My daughter is 16 years old and her mother and I have difficult relationship and I have been unsuccessful in having an amicable relationship with her. When my daughter is able to advocate for herself it seems my relationship with her mother is much more peaceful. Legally can I speak with my daughter now that she is 16 years old about visitation arrangements (i.e. I would like to see you this weekend, can you talk to your mother and find out if their is any family plans in place?)?

Yes you can talk to your daughter about visitation. Why do you think you can't?
