Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Dear lawyer,

I am a single mother of a two year old baby girl, i have been separated since July of 2011. My daughter lives with me but has occasionally stayed over her fathers house maybe 10 times the whole year. I work 3 times a week and he gives $400 for child support which was under mutual agreement but i have nothing on paper. I recently got a Saturday job and asked him to start staying with her from Friday to Saturday but he refused (normally he only has her either a sat or sun from 11am-7pm ) . I would like to know how i can have time sharing and a fair child support amount (he makes $3200 month) in legal documents without going to court and the expensive attorney fees. I want to avoid being in custody battle wars and fighting over money.

I thank you in advance for your advice and appreciate your time.

You do need to have a court order that clarifies child support and time sharing, it is recommended that you use an attorney. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659

Unless you get a court order you will never be able to depend on what he will do or not do.
