Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my divorce decree it states that I cannot make medical decisions including psychotherapy for my child without the consent of the other parent. Currently I have a restraining order against the other parent on behalf of my child because my daughter told me of physical and sexual abuse done by her father and he is objecting to our daughter seeing a therapist. Is there any emergency motion I can file to grant me rights to make medical desicions without him?

You need to hire an attorney to handle this for you. A motion for an order to allow psychotherapy is needed.
