Divorce question

If 2 parties have gone through a legal divorce process can one of the parties come back at a later point in time and try to change the original agreement or settlement decided by the court? No children are involved.

Not usually. Divorce agreements are considered contracts, and once they are signed, they stick, even if they turn out to be really bad for one of the parties. There are a few very rare exceptions, though, such as where one spouse finds out the other lied about assets or income.
