Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am getting a divorced and when my ex has our daughter he doesn't tell me where he is staying at and won't answer my calls when he should have already brought her back, is there anything I can do to prevent this after we get divorced?

Until you are divorced, he is not your ex. There is no such thing as a legal separation in Florida. So, unless there is a court order in place right now that governs his visitation with your daughter, he doesn't really have to call you or anything else. As part of the final judgment of dissolution of marriage, there will be a parenting plan which will govern the time-sharing arrangements for each of you. He will be required by court order to bring her back at a certain time, let you know where your daughter is, etc. If he fails to abide by the court order, you can ask the court for an order of contempt. You should really talk to your lawyer about how this works.

Co-parenting requires that he tell you where his child is when with him. Bring this up with the court.
