Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-wife and I have been divorced for 7 years. Recently she remarried, but continou to find ways to instigate me even further. Her lattest work was that she recently filed an application for a competition and change our daughter's (9 YOA) last name for her current married last name. Is there anything that can be done to ensure that she does not continue with this behavior.

You could hire a lawyer and ask for attorney's fees the next time she does something stupid like trying to change your daughter's last name without your permission.

She will need your permission to do this. The next time you have to appear, ask the court to sanction her for friviolous suits.
