A Motion to Transfer the case must be filed, but there must be a basis for a transfer. If the Judge is biased and it can be demonstrated, a recusal(removal) of a particular judge from you case can be filed. The information you provided would not be enough in itself to obtain a transfer of your case.

Re: family law

First you must have a reason to transfer and the ex-husband's girlfriend won't do.

Re: family law

You would have to file a Motion to transfer venue and would have to have good grounds for the court to transfer the case (i.e. Orlando is more convenient for the parties because this is where you now live, children live in Orlando, all parties/witnesses live in Orlando, etc.)
