Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A father has not been paying child support in full or at all for years, and the mother eventually files to enforce. Then after being served the father offers to give some money, but not the full monthly amount. Should she take it before the hearing or refuse and wait for judgment?

She is able to take the funds and still pursue the enforcement case. After all, the child deserves the support.
