Unmarried father in florida. Name on the birth certificate. No custody order. Mother left a month ago. Can i move out of state with 8 year old daughter?

You can move out of town but it's not the legal way to do things. You would need to petition your local court for custody and serve the mother. If you can find her, she may be willing to sign away her rights or she may not fight the case (at which time you may win the case by default). If you do not know where the mother is, your will have to use constructive service (publishing in a newspaper of wide circulation).
