Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My fiance may be the father of a baby that was just born as the result of a one night stand while we were not together. This woman wants me out of the picture and despite the fact that he went to the birth (and is not 100% sure he is the father) , she now refuses to let him see the child unless it is all on her terms: I.e. at her house, without me. He is refusing and stuck in the middle. We are filing, pro se, for paternity testing and associated relief, including time sharing. I have stayed out of this in general, we have tried to make it clear that we just want what is best for the baby, but she is determined to manipulate. How is a judge likely to see her actions, and what can we expect? Any advice?

You are following the correct procedure. If he is the father, child support will also be in issue.
Use of a lawyer is recommended.
