Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need to file for an emergency hearing to attain custody of my daughter whom lives with her dad. Her sister has punched her iin the face. She is almost 13 yrs old. How do I file for an emergency injunction to get her out of that house? Any answer other then Get a Lawyer would be greatly appreciated

Contact the Dept. of Children and Family Services - explain to them what is going on - have them investigate. Your daughter is old enough to call the police herself and request to be removed from the house.
