How do you file against a mother for misuse of child support funds in Florida?

Mom has virtually unlimited discretion in how she uses the funds, as long as she can show that the funds are used to benefit the child. But as an example, let's assume you are paying $500/m in support. Mom quits her job, is homeless, dumpster dives for food, sleeps under a bridge at night, and spends every last dime you send her on cocaine and cheap wine. She spends nothing on your child, and barely survives on her own. Then, you might have a case of misuse. But anything less than that (and that's an extreme example to make the point), you might have a tough time making a case.

Once the recipient receives the money the trail pretty much ends there. You can file a motion for a monthly accounting of the funds however this is not likely to be granted.
