Who files papers with the court?

FL DOR hearing scheduledt- CP submitted financial documentation and docments to suggest NCP had other income to DOR.

Does CP have to file papers with court and NCP as well?

Getting mixed stories from the court and family self help as to who gets what. Attending hearing by phone and want to be sure there are no problems.

Both sides submit financial affidavits. Other than that, I'm not sure what paperwork you're taking about. This is more paperwork that both sides must submit.
