If you were forced to sign a divorce agreement but believe it was unfair, can the judge change the provisions on the agreement during the court hearing to finalize the divorce?

Usually not; there are certain documents that must be filed before the hearing to even have the judge consider it and unfairness alone (unless you are talking about child support or child issues) are not usually a basis to set aside a settlement agreement that was freely and voluntarily entered into. You would have to provide more details to the legal counsel you confer with to have a more specific answer to this very general question.
