Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What forms are needed in FL in order to complete a ex parte hearing on my wife taking showers and sleeping with our 8yr son? I have told her to stop but she contines to do it. We are going through a divoice and the hearing on this matter ( showe and sleeping) is not until the last week in Sept. I would would to speed this hearing up for the saftey of my son. I no longer have a attorney and cant affored another one. I make over the amount in order to get legal aid. Thank you

You are not entitled to have an ex parte hearing on that matter. Your ex has the right to participate in that hearing.
