Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

a friend of mine had a restraing order put against him for domestic violence from the mother of his child and he now can only see his daughter through supervised visits.. 90 minutes a week. he is not guilty of this. he is trying to fight this and have at least some kind of custodial rights to his child but not sure how to go about it and where and who to go to... were not sure if legal aid will be the appropriate place and he really dnt have the money for an attorney.... the mother of his child also has a reputation of filing charges against people when she doesnt get her way. the court said he has 10 days to try to go in front of the judge again and prove his case. if you could please send us some advice in what to do we would gladly appreciate it. thank you for taking the time to read this.

WENDY HAUSMANN LAW OFFICES OF WENDY A. HAUSMANN

You have raised several issues which are not conducive to a quick written response. I will be happy to provide you with a free one-half hour telephone consultation regarding your concerns.

Please be advised that my office is dedicated to providing legal services at a significantly reduced hourly rate to individuals who desire or are attempting to represent themselves in their own family law matters. By providing limited representation on an as needed basis to individuals who seek some guidance or assistance in their family law matter, but who do not necessarily desire the full-time representation of an attorney, my office is hoping to ensure that anyone experiencing a family law matter will have access to legal advice without the necessity of large retainer fees or costly legal services. BETTER TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS NOW THAN TO HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM LATER!!!

If I can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
