Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a friend that has put in for visitation for his child. The mother has not let him see him. he has been in this child since birth and is unable to pay child support due to not being able to find a job. he has no money for a lawyer and just wanted to know if just bc he doesnt pay child support that he cant see his child and is there anyway to get a lawyer without any income

Paying child support is not a prerequist for visitation. He may see his child under the visitation schedule agreed to by the parents and approved by the court.

He can apply to JALA or Three Rivers in the Jacksonville Area for a probono attorney.
