My best friend's ex girlfriend got a restraining order on 8/4/2017. He has not been served yet. The ex has filed domestic violence charges against him. Will he be arrested or just served with the restraining order? He never touched her

There is no Yes/No answer. It depends on the local jurisdiction. In my area there is no arrest unless there has ben serious bodily harm
