Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I went in front of a GM in May. A judge order custody to be granted to back to me in June even though I've had her for over 2 years. But neglected to specify child support even though it was covered by the GM hearing. He still hasn't paid child support or back support for years because he lost his job 1 1/2 ago. What do I do now?
