Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My future ex wifes gets $1850.00 a month from me in child support. We have 3 children. After taxes and child support I end up with about $1280.00 a month....I am unable to afford my own place to live. I want more time with my kids....How can I do this and lower my child support payment?

I cant afford an attorney...after I pay my car payment and rent to my mother in law I have nothing left...I dont have many bills but after cell phone, car insurance, gas it cleans me out.

I am desparate to find my own place so I can spend quality time with my kids...

Help me...

file a petition for modification of child support. Your ex can not receive more than 55% of your income. Secondly, if she is your future ex then I suggest you move back in. Unless she has a temporary needs order that says you can not live there, and your name is on the deed, she can not throw you out.
