Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband says he wants to keep the house when we divorce in order not to ask for a share of my father's estate.We bought the house 8 years ago it is taxed on 105 000 but it is up side-down (163000 morgage wich i am a co-signer on),my Father passed away last year ,the money has not been released yet but it will be about 40 or 50,000.

Your inheritance is not part of the marital estate. He is not entitled to any of it. If you decide to give him the house, make sure the lender removes your name from the mortgage note.
