my husband left me after 24 years is he responsible to pay my bils including medical i have not worked in the past 22 years

Well, you certainly have a marriage of long duration and feasibly he could be made to pay you alimony. As to medical, once you are divorced you are no longer on his policy. You could purchase coverage and ask the court to have him pay your premiums. Need a lot more info before advising further.
