Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband pays $200 every two weeks for child support and recently we moved from Florida to Indiana and money is really tight so unfortunately this past paycheck he couldn't make his child support payment, my question is what could happen to him if he is not able to make a payment or a couple payments or if he's behind on them at all, what are the order of things that could happen to a parent that's behind in child support payments?
Thank you very much!!

He could be found in contempt of court. A writer could be issued. He could spend time in jail.
Discretionary decision for the Judge. Judge could issue an "Income Deduction Order" direct to the employer. That obligates the employer to pay the State of Florida after federal deductions are taken out; husband gets to live on what's left. Court could order jail time.
You should also have a money judgment entered.
He could be held in contempt of court, so file a petition for modification of support.
