Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My Husband who has ptsd, depression, anxity, and adjustment disorders is very emotinally, verbally and mentally abusive towards me. Due to his conditions he stays home while i work and go to school. we have a 4 year old. He screams and yells at me in front of our child, gets her to say "mommy is fat" "mommy you are lazy" "mommy lies". He has just recently started taking his anger out on our child and keeps telling me that i am unfit and that i would never get custody of her. He also tells me that if anyone ever tried to take her from him, he would either kill himself or me. Told me that he knows what to say so everyone would believe him over me. I don't have proof of abuse as he will always grab my phone to make sure i am not recording anything. I want to leave him and take my daughter, but all of my support is out of state, and i am worried on what would happen if i just left and if its true that i wouldnt get custody.
