Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband and I have shared parental responsibility with our one son who is 5 years old. My ex husband and I started the divorice in 2007. Since that time my ex husband has moved 4 times (about once every year since we have been split) and in the recent 3 years has now had two different girls move in with him and my son. Is there anything I can do about this? During the past 4 years I was only engaged to one man but never lived with him, I petitioned the court to move since it was out of our circuit but I ended up dropping that matter and decided to stay in Polk and not get married for the best interest for my son; which my exhusband tries to hold against me in court quit often. Can't there be something done about the constant moving and now the constant girlfriends moving in with my ex?

Yes you can file a modification of visitation and ask the court to included "no exposure to paramours of either party". It will then be up to the judge to decide. Since the child is 5, this may be acceptable as this is is child of tender years.
