Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an issue with an ex husband who is the father of my 4 kids and the divorce was set as fifty fifty custody yet he has never had the kids anywhere near that maybe sees them 1 day a week along with the vacations for 3 weeks at a time every other month for a person that doesnt work or have money or pay child support nothing...along with the fact that he came back from greece last night and tells me he controls me and he is picking kids up from school....then texts me that he took them out of school today 2 hours early because he wanted to and he can...i need to know what i can do about this and how to go about it

You can file Supplemental Petition to Modify Custody and visitation. If you want to change the terms of the agreed custody you will need to file the aforementioned in order to do so. If you want to hold him in Contempt you will need to file a Motion for Contempt. However , please understand that no court can force a anyone to spend time with their children. You can however address the control issue and him pulling them out of school.
