Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Lien

In my divorce papers I have a lien on my ex- husbands property because he has been known not to pay his bills. The lien is for one half of ''our'' home.He is paying me $250.00 per month until my one half is paid.If he refuses to pay, what is my recourse? I moved, he stayed. The reason for leaving is due to domestice violance, state of Florida. His family threaten to tear me into little pieces,I did not want the stress,so I moved to a very nice quiet part of Florida, but still have the lien.I want to be rid of all this, how can I?
