Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I live in Florida, if paternity has not been established what rights does the father have over the child? Am I able to move if he has recently (today) filed for paternity?

If you are not married, you may move w/o his consent

If he has filed for paternity, then you must now comply with the relocation statute, Chapter 61.13001.

Since he filed then you have to resolve it in court before you leave.
