Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm not married have a child with my ex he's kicking me out I have no money no job cause I've been taking care of our kids. One we have tigether. He's used my income in the beginning to pay on his debt now he's paying both debts with both money. I only have a limited income with a limited time he makes over 100k a year. What can I do

You first must establish paternity to a Judge, then the court can award custody and child support. I would recommend talking to a local attorney or Legal Aid soonest.
