Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married and divorced in Kentucky. In the divorce decree it states my ex wife is to change her name back. There are no children involved. How do I enforce this, it has been 4 years?

She only requested to have her maiden name returned. I doubt that you could enforce anything.

This is probably not enforceable in Florida; you need to speak with a Kentucky attorney.
