Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I moved out of north carolina state after being separated for 11 months and now live in Florida. What is my best option for filing for divorce. The spouse is not cooperating

Under Florida law a DOM is to be filed in the county where the marriage was last intact. I do not know North Carolina rules.
